"SFT21" is the name of our company.

Founders and owners: Mladen Pejić (Rovinj, Croatia) and Zoran Lazarević (Belgrade, Serbia)

The company began operations in 2018 under the name "InFace Invest Group LTD", registered in Seychelles, a small island nation in the western Indian Ocean.

As our business was envisioned to expand worldwide, Seychelles was chosen primarily because, at that moment, it was the most cost-effective option for the company's owners in terms of administration and finances.

A year later, after all necessary preparations, we officially began operations. Shortly thereafter, we opened the InFace Invest Group d.o.o. branch and our first office spaces in Belgrade (Serbia) for customer support and technological development, and subsequently, the InFace Invest Group d.o.o branch in Rovinj (Croatia).

Due to a lack of financial resources needed to realize the business concept as envisioned by the founders, operations began with basic software, while other software and applications were in their initial development stages.

From the first day of business, the founders publicly and transparently presented the development path and the vision they wanted to achieve, both in person at numerous seminars and presentations and online through webinars, portal pages, and other media.

The intention was to start a franchise business and develop the SFT21 brand, gradually expanding with work and resources to complete the software and applications necessary for the further development of the business concept and online community.

The idea of the business concept and its vision were quickly recognized by numerous members from a dozen countries who joined us in the development.

However, due to the upcoming COVID crisis and all the problems that came with it, coupled with the improper conduct of some users (which was possible because the necessary applications were not yet finished), and especially due to publicly made false insults, slander, and accusations against the company's owners (by two members with whom the company terminated cooperation due to serious business violations), the number of new members gradually decreased, ultimately leading to a temporary suspension of business operations.

During this suspension period, in which the company's founders found themselves in an unenviable situation, unable to continue development and restart operations, they worked on refining the business concept to eliminate almost all shortcomings and be ready for a return to the market.

Three years later, in September 2025, the company reopens its doors and invites its loyal members and all other interested parties to join at the start of new operations, this time in a slightly different way, which you can learn more about on our company's portal pages.

Despite everything, knowing what we have and what we want to achieve, especially for our loyal members and the vision we carry, the company, after severe and endured "injuries," gets back on its feet and proudly moves forward on its intended path.

For the sake of truth and transparency, we want to clearly state that we are aware that "offshore" destinations like Seychelles can cause distrust and suspicion due to the perception of less regulation. To ensure the highest level of security and legitimacy in our continued operations, we have made a strategic decision to relocate our legal headquarters to the United States, specifically to the state of Wyoming.

Companies registered in the USA operate within one of the strictest legal and financial frameworks in the world, which guarantees stability, predictability, and an internationally recognized business reputation.

With this move, we ensure a higher level of legal protection and financial security for all our members and their business.

Our business model is based on franchising, education, building a sales network, and an online community. We are not an investment company; we do not engage in capital raising or managing others' funds.

To avoid any ambiguity, and in accordance with legal advice, due to the word “Invest,” we decided to change the company name from “InFace INVEST Group.”

The new name, “SFT21,” accurately reflects our terminology and core business activity and eliminates the possibility of potential users or financial regulatory bodies misperceiving us as a financial or investment institution.

"SFT" stands for Semper Fidelis Team (Latin for "always faithful / loyal / devoted team"), while the number 21 represents the 21st century. One of the most important parts of the brand is certainly the "SFT21 community" or "SFteam".

1. Your Franchise Agreement remains in effect

The most important information is that your existing Franchise Agreement remains valid. This means that:

* No need for re-registration: Your account and status are saved.

* No need for re-verification of identity (KYC): The process you have already completed is recognized.

2. Opportunities during the transition period (until the new system launches)

While we are preparing the launch of the upgraded business system, you have access to certain benefits:

* Purchase of a License Package: You have the right, but not the obligation, to purchase a License Package according to the terms specified in the License Agreement. This is an opportunity to take advantage of the benefits before the official launch of the new model.

* Participation in the Referral Program: You can actively recommend the purchase of Licenses and be rewarded for it. For each license purchased through your referral, you earn a Bonus of 10% of its value.

3. Transition to the new business system

When the new system is officially launched, the agreements will be harmonized to reflect all the new possibilities:

1. Right to a Passive Bonus: This is the most important feature. These rights are divided into two main categories:

1. Permanent Rights (which you keep forever)

Right of access and use: You get permanent access to your user account and all available tools within the SFT21 platform (SFured, SFnet, SFshop, etc.).

Right to upgrade: You gain the permanent right, if you wish, to become an active franchisee by entering into an additional agreement, thereby unlocking new business opportunities.

Right of transfer: The license is your property, and you have the right to sell or transfer it to another person, in accordance with the Company's rules.

2. Limited Right (which has a defined end)

Right to participate in bonus distribution: You gain the right to passively participate in the distribution of funds from the Bonus Distribution Fund, which is filled from a portion of the Company's net profit. This right is limited and lasts until the total amount of paid bonuses reaches the "Maximum Total Bonus" (MUB) defined for your package. After that, this right ceases, but all your permanent rights remain in effect.

The SFT21 franchise or SFT21 Business Concept is a type of business model in which SFT21 company, as the franchisor, grants its registered members, SFstarters and SFfranchisees, as franchisees, the formal right to use its "SFT21" brand. This includes the right to use the company's portal pages, "SFured" pages, "SFnet" social network, "SFshop" webshop, and all other company resources, along with the rules of business operations specified in the franchise agreement.

In return, by signing the franchise agreement, you agree to the rights and obligations within our community (Semper Fidelis Team / SFteam), as a franchisee and independent business associate of SFT21 company, with the formal right to participate in the development of the company, its "SFT21" brand, all its projects, and the entire online community.

SFstarters / SFfranchisees are the driving force in development and the most important segment in the company's marketing, who, by signing the agreement, agree to be the company's "extended marketing arm."

The franchisee is expected to actively participate in the company's marketing, the development of the social network, the webshop, and all other company projects, on the basis of which they participate in the distribution of the company's profits (in accordance with the rules specified in the franchise agreement, with the possibility of earning additional income in several ways).

As this is a business that is mostly conducted online, as a franchisee, you do not need business premises or any additional investments – all you need is a computer (laptop, tablet, mobile phone...) and internet access.

You are expected to be a "team player," according to your abilities, and to perform certain actions such as liking, commenting, and sharing informational-marketing content, shopping through the company's SFshop, inviting others to join the social network for free, to use the services of SFshop and other company projects, promoting the business concept and inviting others to join us as SFstarters or SFfranchisees, producers or merchants, to offer their products and services through our SFshop, as well as other actions that contribute to the development of the company and the entire community.

You become an SFfranchisee by upgrading a purchased License or (in the future) by purchasing a Starter Package. Your earnings come directly from your work and the work of your team, which includes direct, sponsor, and rebate bonuses, as well as a friendship bonus generated through the activity of ALL SFteam members. You get access to all the tools within SFured that you need for your business, to track progress, manage your team, and optimize your earnings.

An SFstarter is a user who starts their business by purchasing starter packages: SP1, SP2, SP3, SP4, SP5, or SP6.

An SFfranchisee is a user who starts by purchasing Starter Package SP7.

Upon payment of the final 21st subscription period, an SFstarter's status changes to SFfranchisee.

A subscription period (SP) is a time frame that lasts 28 days and always begins on the following Monday after a Starter Package has been purchased.

By selecting a Starter Package, you pay for a certain number of subscription periods, which determines your earning limits, the number of SFpoints, and the number of SFcodes.

To actively participate and earn bonus income (friendship, sponsor, and rebate bonuses), you need to have an active account, meaning a paid subscription period. The direct bonus can be received even with an inactive account, provided that you have completed your work obligations.

If, upon the expiration of the last paid SP, you do not pay for the next one and have no funds in your reserve wallet (RW) to pay for it, your account becomes inactive. After that, friendship, sponsor, and rebate bonuses go 100% to the RW, but you retain the right to the direct bonus if you earn it. If you have an inactive account, the reserve wallet collects the necessary funds to pay for the next SP, which will be automatically activated when the required amount is collected (on the following Monday), provided that you have completed your work obligations. If you have an inactive account and have not completed your work obligations, the collected and blocked funds from the reserve wallet will be deducted by the system and forwarded to the company's automatic wallet (AW), which is tasked with returning the funds back into distribution to active users via system accounts (SA).

After you have used all the subscription periods included in your Starter Package, you can top up with new SPs in one of the following ways:

• by transferring funds via payment processors and paying for new subscription periods
• by transferring funds from another user's account and paying for new subscription periods
• by collecting funds from bonus earnings in the Reserve Wallet (the system automatically renews the subscription)

Within one year, you can have a maximum of 13 active subscription periods, provided there are no inactive days between the subscription periods.

After the last 21st subscription period has passed, which means the SFT21 franchise is fully paid, the user no longer pays for a subscription, and the subscription periods become accounting periods (AP).

Maximum Earnings Limit (MEL)

The MEL is the highest amount you can earn with an active account within one subscription period, which lasts 28 days. Your earnings in a subscription period can be less but never more than the maximum earnings limit.

THE MEL IS DETERMINED BASED ON THE PURCHASED LICENSE PACKAGE (LP), THE PURCHASED STARTER PACKAGE (SP), OR BY BUILDING A CAREER STATUS.

The maximum earnings limit obtained by purchasing a License Package (LP) can range from a minimum of 200 SFC to a maximum of 2,100 SFC. By purchasing an LP, you receive SFpoints that are double the amount paid for the LP. For every euro paid, you receive 2 SFpoints.

For example, by purchasing LP1 for €100, you get 200 SFpoints, which sets your MEL to 200 SFC. By purchasing, for example, LP4 for €1,000, you get 2,000 SFpoints, which sets your MEL to 2,000 SFC. By purchasing LP5 for €1,500, you get 3,000 SFpoints, and by purchasing LP6 for €2,100, you get 4,200 SFpoints, however, your MEL is set to 2,100 SFC, which is the maximum possible earnings limit that can be obtained regardless of the amount of the purchased License Package.

Since License owners have no work obligations to the company and as such earn passive income determined by the value of the License Package, their maximum earnings limit is set in case they decide to actively cooperate as a franchisee.

The maximum earnings limit obtained by purchasing a Starter Package can range from a minimum of 50 SFC (SP1) to a maximum of 1,900 SFC, when the purchased SP has been upgraded with subsequent subscription period top-ups, or 2,100 SFC in the case of purchasing the seventh Starter Package (SP7).

The maximum earnings limit obtained based on career status can range from a minimum of 2,200 SFC to a maximum of 100,000 SFC, which is determined by the number of direct and indirect members.

The maximum earnings limit includes earnings from the friendship bonus (FB), sponsor bonus (SB), and rebate bonus (RB), while earnings from the direct bonus (DB) are not included in the maximum earnings limit.

If you do not pay for the NEXT subscription period (€50 SFC) after the expiration of the SP, or if you SKIP TWO subscription periods (56 days) in a row in the first 13 subscription periods, or if you SKIP THREE subscription periods (84 days) in a row in the last 8 subscription periods (€100 SFC), YOU RETAIN THE ACHIEVED MAXIMUM EARNINGS LIMIT.

If your account accumulates a total of 280 inactive days before you pay for the last (21st) subscription period, you also retain the achieved maximum earnings limit.

In these cases, a higher maximum earnings limit can subsequently be increased only by topping up to the last 21st subscription period or by working on building a career status by registering new franchisee members.

Max Possible Limit

This is the highest possible earnings limit you can achieve based on the selected Starter Package.

For example, by purchasing SP1 for €50, your MEL within one subscription period is set to 50 SFC. You can increase this limit by topping up with new subscription periods, up to a maximum of 1,050 SFC.

By purchasing, for example, SP6 for €1,050, your MEL within one subscription period is set to 1,700 SFC. You can increase this limit by topping up with new subscription periods, up to a maximum of 1,900 SFC.

By purchasing SP7 for €1,450, your MEL within one subscription period is set to 2,100 SFC, which is also the maximum possible limit you can achieve based on a Starter Package.

The most important data and indicator of your financial and business contribution to the development of our community are SFpoints, which can be personal (PB) or group (GB) points.

SFpoints determine the position of your account during the initial filling of positions in the SFalgorithm and after each new SFreset.

You receive Personal SFpoints (PB) by: purchasing a License Package, purchasing a Starter Package, logging into SFured and SFnet, sharing marketing materials on external networks, creating promotional materials, through fees, rebates from SFshop, holding presentations, registering small and medium-sized domestic producers, and making any kind of investment or humanitarian donation...

You receive Group SFpoints (GB) by adding your personal SFpoints to 50% of the total personal SFpoints of your direct members and 25% of the total personal SFpoints of their direct members.

An SFcode is a kind of digital TICKET (winning slip, lottery ticket, coupon...) used in prize draws and contests organized by the company.

Every member of our community participates for FREE in PRIZE GAMES with at least one or more PERMANENT SFcodes. The term "permanent code" means that the user participates fully in every subsequent prize game with the same code.

You receive your first, free SFcode after completing the free registration, with approved identity verification and a created personal SFnet social network page.

If you decide to purchase a Starter Package, you will receive additional SFcodes. By purchasing: SP1 - 1 SFcode, SP2 - 4 SFcodes, SP3 - 7 SFcodes, SP4 - 10 SFcodes, SP5 - 13 SFcodes, SP6 - 17 SFcodes, SP7 - 21 SFcodes.

Depending on the selected Starter Package, you receive a number of SFcodes, which you can increase with subsequent subscription period payments. It is important to note that with the first inactive day, you lose the right to acquire new codes. From the moment a user account is activated by purchasing a Starter Package, the system will automatically position your account in the first available position in the SFalgorithm.

After the last day of the 13th subscription period, the SFalgorithm will activate an SFreset for your account.

Upon activation of the SFreset, the system will automatically move your user account to a new position in the SFalgorithm if your number of group SFpoints is GREATER than the number of group SFpoints of one or more other members (who are positioned at lower-numbered positions relative to your position in the SFalgorithm).

If your number of group SFpoints is NOT GREATER than any of the group SFpoints of users who registered before you, your user account remains in the same position.

If you start your business by purchasing SP6 or SP7, the system will immediately LOCK your user account in the first available position in the SFalgorithm, from which your account cannot be moved.

In this case, only you can move your account to a better, lower-numbered position in the SFalgorithm, provided that at the time of the SFreset you have more SFpoints than any user who registered before you in time.

After you register your 10th free user, provided that all of them have been verified and have opened their own page on the SFnet social network, the system will automatically activate a so-called "SPfree" Starter Package for you at the first available position in the SFalgorithm.

From that moment, you have seven days to accept or decline the account activation.

If you agree to the account activation, your earnings limit will be set to 50 SFC, you will receive 210 SFpoints (21 points for each member), you will get an additional SFcode (in addition to the first one you received with your free registration, you now have 2), and you will continue your business according to the rules of the franchise agreement.

SECOND WAY

As a free registered user, you can register one or more free users.

The moment the first, or any of your free registered users, decides to activate their account by purchasing a Starter Package, as a final step, the system will offer them the choice to select a new sponsor or to keep you, the referrer, as their sponsor.

If they choose a new sponsor, you remain their referrer, but they continue their business with another member, who, as their sponsor, is entitled to direct and sponsor bonuses.

If they choose you, the system will automatically occupy the first two available positions in the SFalgorithm. Your user account will be placed in the first position, and theirs in the second.

As in the first case, from that moment, you have seven days to accept or decline the activation of your account in the SFalgorithm.

If you agree to the account activation, your earnings limit will be set to 50 SFC, you will receive a minimum of 21 SFC (or more, depending on the Starter Package your member chooses), 21 SFpoints, you will get an additional SFcode (you now have 2), and you will continue your business according to the rules of the franchise agreement.

If you decline the account activation, the system will remove your account from the SFalgorithm position, reset the algorithm, and you will continue as a free registered user with no obligations.
